Handling user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems or escalating request to the correct person for follow up.
Overseeing the daily performance of computer systems through ticketing software.
Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
Performing basic trouble-shooting or problem solving based on the user request.
Male or Female, age not more than 30 years old.
Applicants must be at least a Bachelor Degree, Computer of Information Technology or equivalent.
Having at least 1 year in the same position (fresh graduated are welcome).
Having excellent knowledge about database software, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
Able to work within a team, having strong Initiative and Personal Drive.
