PT Pall Filtration Indonesia – Pall Corporation is a public-listed US-based multinational with presence in more than 30 countries. We are the global leader in the rapidly growing fields of filtration, separation and purification. We are currently seeking:

Sales Engineer, Mining
(Based in Sumatera / Sulawesi / Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive sales within a designated territory
- Formulate and agree on annual sales projections with the business development manager
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales projections
- Prepare sales and service plans for the assigned territory
- Formulate sales action plans for the assigned territory
- Implement strategies for key account management and provide effective commercial and technical support to all customers and distributors
- Implement strategies to further develop and increase sales for all accounts and identify new business opportunities and total market potential within the assigned territory
- Compile and update customer records with comprehensive details on all customers/distributors
- Promptly  complete customer visit, monthly sales and other reports
- Conduct plant surveys, seminars and training
- Investigate and recommend new products and services for increased market penetration and optimization

Requirements:

- Technical qualification, ideally a Degree in Science or Engineering discipline
- Good selling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of mining business in Indonesia (particularly Sumatra & Sulawesi or Kalimantan)
- Understand mining operation and maintenance
- Good time-management, organizational and communication skills
- Good spoken and written skills in English
