PT Cirebon Power Services – We are a new established foreign investment company, PT Cirebon Power Services an Operation and Maintenance power station company, now we are seeking highly qualified and dynamics professionals to build our organization in the following position:

CHIEF GENERAL AFFAIR
Qualifications:

- Male/Female
- Degree in Law or Social Science or any discipline
- Minimum 5 years experiences for the Chief
- Strong knowledge of General Affairs practices, policies, procedures and systems
- Strong coaching, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Advance in English (both oral and written) and computer skills
- Possess good attitude and sense of urgency

CHIEF HRD
Requirements:

- Male, maximum 40 years old
- Minimum degree from reputable university
- Having 5 years experience in Human Resource
- Having experience in setting up standard & operating procedure in HR, Job analysis, Job Evaluation, Organizational Structure, Compensation & Benefit, and Training & Development
- Familiar with Labour Law & Regulation (Undang-Undang Ketenagakejaan)
- Excellent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent in analytical & strategically thinking
- Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill
- Excellent in leadership skill

CHIEF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Requirements:

- Male / Female, Max. 35 years old
- Education minimum Degree from Accountant / Finance
- Experience minimum 5 years in the same position
- Having responsibility arrange cash flow and budgeting
- Having knowledge Taxation and able to make analyze financial report
- Excellent in leadership skill
- Communication skill, honestly, responsibilities and detailed
- Able to computer (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

POWER PLAN OPERATOR
Required Qualifications:

- Male, 22-35 yrs old.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same job scope.
- Should have experiences in the field of I & C, High Pre Coal Fired Boiler, Large Turbines, Auxiliary Equipment, WTP, WWTP and others power plant equipment.
- Minimum D3 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronic)
- Experience minimum 5 years in the same position
- Fluent in English both oral and written

ENGINEER
Required Qualifications:

- Male, 22-35 yrs old.
- Should have experiences in the field of I & C, High Pre Coal Fired Boiler, Large Turbines, Auxiliary Equipment, WTP, WWTP and others power plant equipment.
- Minimum D3 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronic)
- Min 5 years experience in related field
- Fluent in English both oral and written

TECHNICIAN
Required Qualifications:

ACCOUNTING / FINANCE OFFICER
Requirements:

- Male/ Female, age max 28 years old
- D-3/ S-1 degree, from Accounting background
- Experience at least 2 years as Accountant with strong knowledge of taxation.
- Good English, both written and spoken is preferred
- Computer literacy, MS-Excel/ MS-Office, Accounting Application/ Software (MYOB).
- Proactive and able to work independently, high motivated, strong analytical
