TECHNICAL / OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Location : West Java

Scope of works:

* To plan, direct, organize, and oversee all production operation activity of the concrete batch plan in franchise operations to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.
* Ensure quality meets mix design specifications.
* Coordinate and oversee all expense related with an operational activity

Requirements:

* Education : Min graduate with Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
* Experience :
- Min. 3 years in technical and production experience in concrete industry
- Good knowledge and experience in Batching Plant (ready mix process )
- Understanding of Batch Plant design
- Understand with concrete product and development
- Understand the business process
- Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
* Computer literacy : Computer utilization for Windows system, software application such as Command Data, Eagle, SAP
* Language : Good in  English both oral & written
* Other qualification / skills : Able to problem analysis and solution
* Awareness of OHS at the workplace
* Good team – work
