PT Wintermar – We are a national shipping company recruiting dynamic, qualified and highly motivated personnel to be a part of our team, with the following available positions:

1. Ship Manager (SM)

- Male/Female, min S1 or equivalent, 5 years experience at same position and role, on board experience preferable
- Responsible to manage assigned fleet in a safe and cost effective manner

2. Port Captain (PC)

- Male, min ANT III, 3 years experience as Chief or 2nd Officer onboard
- Responsible to monitor the daily operation of our fleet and ensuring they operate safely, and prepared to be appointed as Master or officer on board if necessary

3. Technical Superintendent (TS)

- Male, min ATT II or S1, 5 years experience at the same position at ship/vessel maintenance industry and off-shore marine operations
- Responsible for all technical aspects of ship/vessel operation and ensuring the implementation of shipboard PMS

4. Port Engineer (PE)

- Male, min ATT III or D III, 3 years shipboard experience at the same position, equipped mechanical and electrical trouble shooting skill
- Responsible for technical operations and maintenance management of vessel assigned, and ensuring vessels engines and equipments are functioning well and ready for operations

5. Ship Building Supervisor (PS)

- Male/Female, min S1 degree Shipbuilding Engineering, 3 years experience at the same positions, excellent on drawing skill
- Ensuring proper execution of all approval work and monitors new ship building projects and carry out vessel inspection and work progress

6. Administration Staff (ADM)
Male/Female, min Diploma in Administration / Finance, 3 years experience at the same positions, excellent on computer skills

Other Requirements:

- Willing to travel (1-5)
- Computer literate and proficient in English
