CATERING & CONVENTION MANAGER (Code : C&C MGR)
Responsibilities :
- Handling and promotion MICE products to clients eg Corporate and Schools
- Selling meeting & function packages to Individual Clients (FITS)
- Organizing & Planning of C&C Department in order to achieve high level of service
- Coordinating and Planning menus with chef fir day to day events
Requirements :
- Male/Female
- Min educational qualification Graduation with Diploma in Tourism Management
- Excellent in written & spoken English
- Independent, dedicated and able to work long hours
- Good Public Relation Skills
- Outstanding leadership qualities & effective verbal & written communications skills
- Computer Literate
- Min 2 years experience in the same position on C&C opera sales & catering system
- Hotel or Tours & Travel background
- Hard worker & willing to work under pressure
- Creative, innovative & good interpersonal skill
- This position as Assistant Department Head Level
- Contract base for 1 year
PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER (Code : PRM)
Responsibilities :
- Handling Promotion of the Hotel and its activities by electronic or non electronic
- Organizing & Planning of PR Department in order to achieve high level of service
Requirements :
- Female, age below 35
- Min educational qualification Graduation with
- Diploma in Tourism Management
- Excellent in written & spoken English
- Candidate must be independent, dedicated & able to work long hours
- Good Public Relation Skills
- Outstanding leadership qualities and effective verbal and Written communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Min 2 years experience in the same position or as Assistant PRM in 5 star hotel
- Hotel or Tours & Travel background
- Has good network and relationship with clients
- Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
- Creative, innovative and good interpersonal skill
- Ready to put long hours in order to run the department
- This position will be a Department Head Level
- Contract base for 1 year
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEER (Code : DE)
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Male, age 35 – 50
- Min. 5 years experience in the same position or as Asst. Director of Engineering in 5 star hotel
- Min educational qualification Graduation with Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum educational qualification Graduation with Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Has an experience in handling renovations and project management will be an advantage
- Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
- Creative, innovative and good interpersonal skill
- Ready to put long hours in order to run the department
- This position will be an Executive Committee Level
- Contract base for 1 year
RESERVATION MANAGER (Code : RM)
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max age 35 yrs
- D2 or higher Hotel school background
- Min. 1 year experience in similar position
- Familiar with revenue management
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Highly motivation, energetic & good personality
- Fidelio/opera background
- Able to work at multi cultured staff
