PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara (Madhani)  a company which provides specialized construction and mining contracting services to the resources sector through-out Indonesia is seeking suitably qualified arid experienced personnel for the following HRD & GA positions:

HRD & GA Superintendent – Jakarta (Code: HRDSPT)

- Bachelor degree or S1 from reputable university preferable majoring in Law, Psychology and management
- Male min. 30 years max 45 years.
- Min. 3 years experience in same position (5 years senior supervisor level) preferred in mining industries.
- This position will be Responsibility in HR Development System, Training, Compensation & Benefit.
- And also for this position must be experiences in Recruitment & Selections, Industrial Relations, and CSR/General Affairs.
- Strong leadership skills, good analytical and strategic thinking.
- Willing to traveling to Site.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Excellent Computer literate.

Recruitment Supervisor – Jakarta (Code: RECSPV)

- Bachelor degree or S1 from reputable university, preferable majoring in Psychology.
- Male min. 30 years max 45 years.
- Min. 5 years experience in same position preferred in mining or construction industries.
- Experience in recruitment based competency (assessment & tools) and development candidate database.
- Experience in interview technique, Psychological tools, scoring and interpretation.
- Experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages.
- Strong leadership skills, good analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Excellent Computer literate.

Industrial Relations Supervisor – Jakarta (Code: IRSPV)

- Bachelor degree or S1 from reputable university, preferable majoring in Law.
- Male min. 30 years max 45 years.
- Having at least 5 experiences handling Industrial Relation in the mining industry, experiences in coal mining industry is an advantage.
- Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
- Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team.
- Monitor the implementation of Company Regulation, policies, and program of industrial relations.
- Provide advice and feedback to Management related oh Industrial Relations matters.
- Maintain good relationship with employee, labor union & related government bodies and Having good relation with Government Institutions.
- Analyze industrial relation cases, provide report and recommendation.
- Conduct study related to industrial relation matters.
- Good understand in Indonesian Man Power Regulation.

Site Administrator – Site base (Code: SADM)

- Min D3 from refutable university preferred majoring in Law, Management, and Psychology.
- Male min. 30 years max 45 years.
- Preferred minimum 5 years experiences in HR Generalist in the Mining Industry.
- Experience in Labor law, PPHI, Kepmen updated.
- Experience in Jamsostek.
- Experience in Payroll system and tax pph2l.
- Experience in recruitment for driver/operator and mechanic heavy equipment
- Experience in conducting Walk in Interview.
- Experience in Recruitment/ Selection, Industrial Relations/Community Developments.
- Willing to work on the Mine Site/Remote Site Area with roster schedule.

General Affairs Officer – Site base (Code: GAOF)

- Min D3 from refutable university preferred majoring in Law, or Management
- Male min. 30 years max 45 years.
- Preferred minimum 5 years experiences in General Affairs /CSR in the Mining Industry.
- Experience in transportation managements for employees such as work, duties Et leave.
- Experience in camp & accommodations managements for employees.
- Experience in build relationship with local authorities (tribal heads, village heads, sub district head, police and army for gaining image/special support required for the company or projects.
- Experience in catering managements site such as menu planning, food hygiene, tendering.
- Willing to work on the Mine Site/ Remote Site Area with roster schedule.
