CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (CCO)

Main Responsibilities :
To provide  excellence customer care operations( such as call center, information center, customer services and publicity based on the company’s service standard.

Requirement :

* Female/Male, max 26 years old (Single)
* University Graduate (minimum D3) of Any Discipline
* Having min 1 years experience as a Call Centre or Customer Service Officer
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Fluent in English both written and oral
* Pleasant personality and good communication skill
* Customer and Services Oriented
* Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Able to work as individual as well as in a team
* Placement : Jakarta, Surabaya
