Channel Management Regional Manager Sumatera Area
(Medan, Palembang, lampung, batam)
Responsibilities:
Maintain good relations, communications, performance monitoring, intensively active and coordinating with all sales channel (distributors, vendors, outlet and modern/alternate channel)
Coordination to all channel supervisor area in related region
Requirements:
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 4 years working experience (Managerial Level) in channel & distribution with preferred exposures in Telecommunication Industry
- Having good channel & relation with distributor & outlet
- Strong analytical skills, good communication skill, negotiation skill, creative, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an intense, dynamic environment.
- Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
